Compared with traditional die punching and CO2 laser cutting, the digital vibrating knife cutting machine does not need a die, saving time and effort. It has the characteristics of accurate sample cutting, smooth edges, no serrations, no yellowing and charring, no powder foam, smoke, odor, more environmental protection, convenient maintenance and low use cost, which greatly shortens the development cycle of user styles and solves the problem of difficult production and processing of small batch orders. Users can also choose large vision system, projector, multiple heads, double beams, lengthening and widening the working area of the cutting bed to meet different personalized production needs.

5. Projection positioning system: project the cutting graphics on the processing table with a ratio of 1:1, which is convenient for users to load and align; Users can also place irregular spare parts in the projection area for alignment cutting, greatly improving the utilization rate of spare parts
6. Multi task efficient cycle cutting, intelligent adsorption configuration.
