The oscillating cutters is controlled by the panasonnic servo motor. The cutter holder is made of aluminium and the knife blade is made of tungsten steel. It is very sharp and the life span is long. We have circular knife, phneumatic knife, wheel cutter,V-shaped knife, milling to choose. The positioning method is infrared cursor position. and we have equipped the cutters with a mark pen to mark the cutting areas.The cutting thickness is 0.1mm-50mm.The suitable voltage is 380V 50hz 3-phaze electricity or 220V 2-phaze electricity. The compatiable software are AI, AutoCAD,CorelDRAW. The cutting shape is various, round,semi circle,oval and abnormity figures.It is very easy to operate.The operator make the figure with the software installed in the monitor and click the cutting command. The machine will cut it out automatically.
The servo motor is panasonnic made by Japan.The oscillating cutters is controlled by the panasonnic servo motor. It can make the cutting figure more accuracte. And it has on-going cutting function. There is a sudden the power failure when the machine is working. The machine can cut the material continuously from the suspending point.
The frame structure is welded by the 6mm square tube. The guide is PMI LINEAL GUIDE. The pinion and rack are helical that can get a occlusion contacts.
